- All the staff / students (current academic year) of the college are eligible for the library membership.
- The College Identity Card is valid for use of library. No separate card is issued. Contact the respective Librarian for enrollment of membership in the library.
- Student Membership is valid for the current academic year only.
- Staff Membership is valid for the period of service in the college Membership has to be renewed (students only) every academic year.
- Visitors may use the journal and reference section with the permission of the Principal/Librarian.
BOOK BORROWING FACILITY
- Postgraduates can borrow three books for a period of 10 days & Undergraduates shall borrow two books for a period of 07 days.
- Overdue books will be fined Rs. 3/- per day
- Reference books, Journals / Magazines / Newspapers and Audio Visual Materials are to be used in the Library premises only.
- Photocopies of articles and other reading materials will be made on request basis.
- Loss of Books: Loss of borrowed books should be reported to the librarian immediately. The concerned student should replace the same, besides paying the fine.
- The Library accepts donation of books from alumni, donors, parents and guests. Donations once accepted will become the library property.
