Department of Pedodontics

Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry is a branch that deals with children from birth to adolescence, including those with special healthcare needs. Patients from all strata of the society are provided with affordable and quality dental care in our department. Furthermore, frequently free treatment camps and programmes are conducted in government & private schools to sensitize children regarding importance of oral health care.

The department is regularly upgraded with latest equipment's and newer treatment modalities, with treatments under conscious sedation, transitional implants, cleft lip & palate rehabilitation and treatment under Lasers being few of the highlights.

On the academic front, the undergraduates and post graduates are trained well with regular teaching programmes, hands-on experience on patients, exposure to a variety of cases, continuing dental education programmes, workshops & demonstrations.
