Every year on April 24th, National IAOMR Day is celebrated to honour the founding of the Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology (IAOMR). Since its inception in 1985, the academy has been dedicated to elevating the standards of education and practice in Oral Medicine, Oral Diagnosis, Maxillofacial Radiology, and Imaging Sciences. It continues to play a pivotal role in promoting Continuing Education, Research, and Community Service across both rural and urban populations. In celebration of National Oral Medicine Day – 2025, a Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program was organized on 23rd April 2025, titled “From Research to Recognition: A Path to Success”.
